We understand the importance of every project and are committed to casting for TV commercials, music videos, documentaries, films, soap operas, and more, ensuring that each story is told with the utmost care and creativity.

BOOK ANELE ZIMI

Actors Rates (Call: R 7000 per day/ Global: R 80 000 per Month)

   

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING ANELE ZIMI

These Terms & Conditions apply to the booking of actors through Zane’s Artist Management (hereinafter referred to as “the Agency") and must be adhered to by all clients and production companies.

1. BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email and signed contract.
  • A copy of the signed contract by both parties required to secure the actor’s availability.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations on the day of the shoot will require full payment of the agreed fee.

2. TRANSPORTATION & SHOOT LOCATION

  • If the shoot location is within 50 km of Johannesburg/Pretoria, the actor's transport costs are the client’s responsibility.
  • For shoots outside of Gauteng or beyond 50 km, the client must provide:
    • Pre-arranged transport (shuttle, flight, or company car) or
    • A transport stipend to cover fuel, Uber, or private transport costs.
  • If actors are required to travel outside South Africa, the client must provide valid travel documents, visa costs, and return flights.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

  • All payments must be made via EFT.
  • Late payments (after agreed dates) will incur a 10% penalty per week.
  • Payment for overtime must be made within 24 hours after the shoot ends.

4. PER DIEM & CATERING

  • For full-day bookings (more than 6 hours), the client must provide three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) or a R250 per diem for actors to purchase food.
  • Snacks and beverages must be available throughout the shoot.
  • If catering is not provided, the production must allocate an additional R100 per meal per actor for off-set dining.

5. ACCOMMODATION

  • If the shoot requires overnight stays, the client must provide:
    • A minimum 3-star hotel or equivalent guesthouse accommodation.
    • Separate rooms for male and female actors.
    • Secure and safe transport to and from the accommodation.
  • If accommodation is not provided, an allowance of R1,500 per night must be paid to the actor.

6. SCRIPT & DIALOGUE

  • Scripts must be provided at least 7 days before the shoot for lead and supporting roles.
  • Any last-minute changes must be communicated at least 24 hours before the shoot.
  • If actors are required to memorize extensive dialogue, a rehearsal fee will be negotiated.

7. WARDROBE FITTING

  • Wardrobe fittings must be scheduled at least 48 hours before the shoot.
  • If an actor is required to bring their own wardrobe, a wardrobe fee of R500 per outfit applies.
  • Production must cover any clothing damages that occur during the shoot.

8. SHOOTING CALLS & WORKING HOURS

  • A full day’s work is up to 12 hours, including breaks.
  • Overtime (beyond 12 hours) will be charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
  • Night shoots (between 10 PM – 6 AM) will attract an additional R500 night shift fee per actor.
  • The call sheet must be shared at least 24 hours before the shoot.

9. CANCELLATIONS & FORCE MAJEURE

  • If the production cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • If an actor is unable to perform due to illness or emergency, the Agency will provide a replacement where possible.
  • In the case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics), both parties will negotiate a fair resolution.

10. RIGHTS & CREDITS

  • The client may use the actor’s footage only for the agreed purpose (e.g., film, advert, music video).
  • Any extended use, syndication, or repurposing of content requires additional usage fees.
  • The actor has the right to request a copy of the final edited footage for portfolio use.

11. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

  • The production must ensure safe working conditions for all actors.
  • The Agency is not responsible for injuries sustained on set due to negligence.
  • Insurance coverage for actors is the responsibility of the production company.

12. AGREEMENT & DISPUTES

  • By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, legal proceedings will be in accordance with South African law.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING SIPHAMANDLA NYEMBE

These Terms & Conditions apply to the booking of actors through Zane’s Artist Management (hereinafter referred to as “the Agency") and must be adhered to by all clients and production companies.

1. BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email and signed contract.
  • A copy of the signed contract by both parties required to secure the actor’s availability.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations on the day of the shoot will require full payment of the agreed fee.

2. TRANSPORTATION & SHOOT LOCATION

  • If the shoot location is within 50 km of Johannesburg/Pretoria, the actor's transport costs are the client’s responsibility.
  • For shoots outside of Gauteng or beyond 50 km, the client must provide:
    • Pre-arranged transport (shuttle, flight, or company car) or
    • A transport stipend to cover fuel, Uber, or private transport costs.
  • If actors are required to travel outside South Africa, the client must provide valid travel documents, visa costs, and return flights.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

  • All payments must be made via EFT.
  • Late payments (after agreed dates) will incur a 10% penalty per week.
  • Payment for overtime must be made within 24 hours after the shoot ends.

4. PER DIEM & CATERING

  • For full-day bookings (more than 6 hours), the client must provide three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) or a R250 per diem for actors to purchase food.
  • Snacks and beverages must be available throughout the shoot.
  • If catering is not provided, the production must allocate an additional R100 per meal per actor for off-set dining.

5. ACCOMMODATION

  • If the shoot requires overnight stays, the client must provide:
    • A minimum 3-star hotel or equivalent guesthouse accommodation.
    • Separate rooms for male and female actors.
    • Secure and safe transport to and from the accommodation.
  • If accommodation is not provided, an allowance of R1,500 per night must be paid to the actor.

6. SCRIPT & DIALOGUE

  • Scripts must be provided at least 7 days before the shoot for lead and supporting roles.
  • Any last-minute changes must be communicated at least 24 hours before the shoot.
  • If actors are required to memorize extensive dialogue, a rehearsal fee will be negotiated.

7. WARDROBE FITTING

  • Wardrobe fittings must be scheduled at least 48 hours before the shoot.
  • If an actor is required to bring their own wardrobe, a wardrobe fee of R500 per outfit applies.
  • Production must cover any clothing damages that occur during the shoot.

8. SHOOTING CALLS & WORKING HOURS

  • A full day’s work is up to 12 hours, including breaks.
  • Overtime (beyond 12 hours) will be charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
  • Night shoots (between 10 PM – 6 AM) will attract an additional R500 night shift fee per actor.
  • The call sheet must be shared at least 24 hours before the shoot.

9. CANCELLATIONS & FORCE MAJEURE

  • If the production cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • If an actor is unable to perform due to illness or emergency, the Agency will provide a replacement where possible.
  • In the case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics), both parties will negotiate a fair resolution.

10. RIGHTS & CREDITS

  • The client may use the actor’s footage only for the agreed purpose (e.g., film, advert, music video).
  • Any extended use, syndication, or repurposing of content requires additional usage fees.
  • The actor has the right to request a copy of the final edited footage for portfolio use.

11. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

  • The production must ensure safe working conditions for all actors.
  • The Agency is not responsible for injuries sustained on set due to negligence.
  • Insurance coverage for actors is the responsibility of the production company.

12. AGREEMENT & DISPUTES

  • By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, legal proceedings will be in accordance with South African law.
