Tebogo Mabiletsa plays a pivotal role in an inspiring and powerful music video, where he takes on the lead character to deliver a heartfelt message to drug users. His aim is to encourage those struggling with substance abuse to seek guidance from God and embrace a life free from addiction. He emphasizes that the path of drug use ultimately leads only to destruction and despair.

Tebogo openly shares his own turbulent past with drugs, which included substances like Nyaope and Crystal Meth, both of which he abused heavily for an extended period. He recounts a particularly harrowing incident to his manager, Mr. Sanny Kheswa, where he and a friend, driven by the desperate need for drugs, managed to demolish an abandoned steel container using nothing but their bare hands. Astonishingly, this reckless act consumed barely a day of their time, illustrating the depths of their addiction.

Struggling with sobriety and battling the dark influences of his surroundings, Tebogo’s family made the difficult decision to transfer him to Mpumalanga in hopes of giving him a fresh start and a chance to reclaim his life. Initially, upon arriving in Mpumalanga, he made attempts to stay clean. However, his journey took a turn for the worse as he began to experience severe health issues, developing tumors across his body. This health crisis served as a wake-up call, prompting him to return to Daveyton.

Back in his hometown, Tebogo sought the support of his family, which proved to be a turning point in his recovery journey. With their encouragement and assistance, he made the decision to quit drugs for good and has since turned his life around. Today, he stands as a beacon of hope, having fully recovered and committed to living a drug-free life.

Through his music video and personal story, Tebogo Mabiletsa aims to reach out to drug users throughout South Africa, sharing his experience in hopes that others will find the strength to change their lives for the better. He believes that with faith and support, anyone can overcome addiction and find a brighter future.
